TRUSTEE’S SALE OF
2938 KINGS ROAD, GREEN BAY, VIRGINIA 23942
PARCELS ONE AND TWO, LEWISTON MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT, LUNENBURG COUNTY, VA

In execution of a Credit Line Deed of Trust recorded November 21, 2016 in Deed Book 391, Page 458, Instrument No. 160001288 (“Deed of Trust”), in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court, County of Lunenburg, VA (“Clerk’s Office”); the Substitute Trustees, any one of whom may act, having been appointed Substitute Trustee by Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated December 7, 2022, will offer for sale at public auction, the real estate briefly described as 2938 Kings Road, Green Bay, Virginia 23942, and which is more particularly described in the Deed of Trust. The sale will be conducted at the front entrance of the building which houses the Circuit Court of the County of Lunenburg, 11435 Courthouse Road, Lunenburg, VA on May 20, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
TERMS: Cash.
Successful bidder’s deposit of 10% of the final amount bid will be required, with balance of sale price to be paid within 30 days. The successful bidder’s deposit MUST be paid by CASH, CASHIER’S OR CERTIFIED CHECK at the foreclosure sale. The bidder’s deposit must be shown to the Substitute Trustee prior to the start of the public auction. The real estate will be sold “AS IS.” The real estate will be conveyed by SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED, subject to all rights, reservations, leases, covenants, conditions, easements and restrictions superior to the Deed of Trust as they may lawfully affect the real estate. The purchaser will be required to pay all closing costs except the grantor’s recording tax. Real estate taxes will be prorated as of the date of sale. Risk of loss to the real estate will pass to the successful bidder upon acceptance of the bid by the Trustee. Additional terms may be announced at the sale. This is a communication from a debt collector and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. Time is of the essence with respect to all dates and times.
