The object of this suit it to obtain a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the Respondent on the ground of one (1) year of continuous separation and to determine and divide marital property belonging to the parties.
It appearing from an Affidavit that the Respondent, Sherry Lynn Creech Cantley, whose whereabouts are unknown, using due diligence to locate her, without effect, it is therefore
ORDERED that the Respondent, Sherry Lynn Creech Cantley, appear before this Court on or before July 7, 2026, which is no sooner than fifty (50) days from the entry of this Order of Publication and do what is necessary to protect her interest herein.
