The object of this suit it to obtain a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the Respondent on the ground of one (1) year of continuous separation.
It appearing from an Affidavit that the Respondent, Paul Antonio Berumen-Rivas, is a non-resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, it is therefore
ORDERED that the Respondent, Paul Antonio Berumen-Rivas, appear before this Court on or before July 7, 2026, which is no sooner than fifty (50) days from the entry of this Order of Publication and do what is necessary to protect his interests herein.
